Borrowing and Returning

Patrons are given the privilege to utilize the library materials such as but not limited to books, research papers, periodicals, audio-visual (AV) materials, and equipment.

Circulation policies and procedures shall apply.

Patrons shall return the borrowed library materials to the library personnel at the Circulation Desk where they borrowed the library material.

Renewal

Patrons may request for the renewal of the loan period of a borrowed library material, subject to circulation policies.

Overdue Fine Payment

An overdue fine shall be charged to the borrower when a library material/equipment is not returned on or before its due date
Non-class day is excluded in the computation of overdue fine.
