Patrons who wish to avail of other library resources outside UC Libraries may secure a referral letter at the office of the Director. However, access is subject to the policies of the receiving institution. 

The following information shall be provided: 

• specific date of visit;
• library to visit;
• researcher’s name;
• department;
• research topic.
