1.Currently enrolled students and employees may request an e-copy of the topic which may be scanned from available library collection such as journal articles, book chapters/parts, and research/thesis abstracts; or a download of e-books and e-journal articles, subject to the Fair Use Policy.  Delivery of requested scanned/downloaded documents is through email.

2.The average turnaround time to complete the processing of request is within two (2) school days. Counting starts after the requested date.

3. Fill out the online form at UC Libraries Online Document Delivery 

+ In case verification is needed, you will be reached via text message/call.

+ If the topic is available, the document will be sent through your UC email account.

4. The document is accessible within one (1) term only.
